Doctor Robert F Gilligan, O.D., has been in the Optical industry for forty-three years. Dr. Gilligan graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 1992 with Clinical honors. Dr. Gilligan’s practice specializes in eye care, which includes vision exams, contact lens fitting, laser vision consulting and treatment of most eye disorders. He has drafted articles and trained other Optometrist regarding new techniques in specialty contact lenses. His practice was voted “Best of the Best of Frederick” and he was named Optometrist of the Year for the For Eyes Optical chain. Prior to that, he was a district manager at For Eyes Optical. He was responsible for training Opticians and developing new districts.
Michelle earned a B.A. in Economics from Vassar College and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, where she was awarded the Robert F. Toigo Fellowship. Michelle is a native New Yorker and resides in Brooklyn with her husband and two children.
