Dr. Vivek Goyal graduated from SUNY Stony Brook University with a bachelor’s in science and a minor in Business Management in 2015. He continued his education at the New England College of Optometry, where he received his Doctor of Optometry degree in 2019. Dr. Goyal’s clinical experiences include private practice, community health centers, and VA hospitals. Dr. Goyal is currently finishing his residency in Ocular Disease/Primary Care at VA CT Healthcare, Newington Campus, where he works with veterans of different ages. He also spends his weekends rotating between two private practices on the weekends. He is also a member of the Connecticut Association of Optometrists and the American optometric association.

Dave is a full-time clinician and performs diagnostic testing on patients routinely. He was also a clinical optometrist in the United States Army. He was the chief of the largest optometry clinic in the Department of Defense at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.
