Dr. David Meltzer, Medical Advisor of Xenon Ophthalmics, holds a Doctor of Optometry from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. Dave is a full-time clinician and performs diagnostic testing on patients routinely. He was also a clinical optometrist in the United States Army. He was the chief of the largest optometry clinic in the Department of Defense at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.
